Weekend Timetable

Friday

Arrival time is from 4pm on Friday with supper at 6:30pm. All the music is provided for you and will be in your own folder. It will be available on arrival and we collect it back in at the end of the weekend.

Saturday

On Saturday we have two morning rehearsals, then a free afternoon, followed by another rehearsal before supper. On Saturday evening we have a social entertainment to which some of us contribute songs, sketches or similar.  These are short and intended to entertain: we encourage you to bring your party piece with you but are under no pressure to do so. 

Sunday

On Sunday we have two rehearsals. We take a photo of the whole group as a record for the archives and someone will take a few pictures throughout the weekend.  If that presents an issue please let the committee know.

There is an informal concert on Sunday, usually in the chapel, when we will perform some of the music we have learnt through the weekend.  There is no expectation that it will be performance-perfect, more an opportunity to bring it all together. We have tea and are ready to leave soon after 4pm.
